12-month contract - eChannels Service Centre Officer (Private bank)

• Ensure activities performed are in compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.

• Strong commitment to quality service and a desire to drive innovation and continuous process improvement initiatives.

• Support the clearance of Long Form Deficiency and signature verification of Operational Documents such as Corporate Action Reply Letters, Subscription of Private Equity Documents, Investment Related Forms etc.

• Maintain the knowledge database of the E-Channel Service Center.

• Document and maintain the Client’s requests/enquiries received in the Bank’s ticketing tool, keep control over the issues list and see through each issue to closure in a timely manner.

• Act as Subject Matter Expert for a specific focus area e.g. Authentication, Trading, Payments etc.

• Support any ad-hoc tasks / requests as assigned from time to time.

• Required to work night shift if needed but not often 6 months contract (Maternity Cover ) - Client Onboarding (i.e. 5pm to 2am)

Contract

Client Management (internal & external)

· Build strong relationships with key stakeholders such as Front Office, Legal, Compliance and Risk Management teams.

· Perform KYC plausibility checks and assess any AML/KYC risk, review and approve any change in circumstances (CiC) for Standard and Medium Risk client relationships booked

· Review and disposition of hits adequately documented. Promptly escalate all true and potential hits within the required timeline.

· Ensure quality service is provided to internal clients

· Support the Senior Management in ensuring compliance with external and internal Regulations and thus actively manage operational, regulatory and reputational risks.

· Check quality of submission for name screening for new partners resulting from CiC and where required, request further information from Front office

Business Management

• Review and assess the risk of opaque legal structures identified during CiC
• Address Sanction true matches, as well as true matches for other AML/CFT risks identified during the Bank’s Name Screening processes.
• Review and approve any change in circumstances for Standard and Medium Risk client relationships and ensure compliance with the Bank’s policies and procedures, and with MAS 626 Notices and Guidelines, and to mitigate risks (legal, regulatory and/or reputational) for the Bank
• Review and assess the plausibility of change in circumstances submitted by the Front for existing clients
• Provide advice to Front employees on KYC/CDD- related matters

Regulatory Responsibilities &/OR Risk Management
