Responsibilities:

- Support in monthly payroll including attendance checking and overtime processing

Job Description

• To carry out the supervision and inspection of building works as stipulated in the Building Control Act
• To work under the control and direction of the appropriate Qualified Person when carrying out their supervision and be fully responsible to the appropriate Qualified Person
• To carry out supervision and inspection of the works including any off-site manufacturing and/or pre-fabrication, and ensure that works are constructed to required quality and accuracy, both onsite and at any temporary offsite locations
• Conduct functional tests and commissioning.
• Carry out defects checking and locking-up of flats (for handover)
• Assist in feedback related to progress and non-compliance.
