Responsibilities:

• Provide front-line support staff
• Assist and guide patients on how to use the self-service kiosk
• Counter duties – Patient registration / Schedule appointment
• Attend to queries, including use of relevant apps, e.g. SingPass, Health Hub, Healthy 365, Health Buddy
• Provide Assisted Enrolment service to eligible patients
• Keep track of enrolment numbers
• Maintain booth / counter and logistics, e.g. promotional materials
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Min GCE NO Levels and above
• Able to start on immediate or short notice (no interview required)
• Able to commit to 5.5 days office hours (Mon- Fri - 8.am - 5.00pm, Sat: 8am - 12pm)
• Able to commit to shift work
