Job Description:

IT Management

· Assist to revise IT Guide, Policy, and SOP.

· Communicate with vendors, including procurement, maintenance and payment of products and services.

· He or she will manage, support, and troubleshoot all hardware and software applications based on all end-user computing systems such as Desktop, Laptop, and handheld devices.

· Installing and configuring computer systems.

· Skilful in the administration of Windows Server 2019 or 2022

· Hands on networking experiences in administrating and configuring HPE, Ubiquiti Switches, Aruba, and Ubiquiti Wi-Fi Access Points

· Strong knowledge with hands on experience in Microsoft 365 Global Administration.

· Knowledge of Cyber Security and Healthcare Guidelines will be a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

The National Robotics Programme Office (NRPO) is responsible for catalysing differentiated robotics R&D capabilities at our Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs) and Research Institutes (RIs) for the benefit of our economy and society. NRPO also works to foster public-private partnerships to ensure robotics technologies and IPs developed with public funding are relevant for industry and are commercialised into useful products, services and solutions that are adopted in Singapore and around the world.

A key role of NRPO is to bring together end-users across different industries, robotics & automation companies, and our IHLs/RIs to identify use cases and technology gaps that public-private partnerships can help to address. In so doing, we enhance Singapore's robotics R&D capabilities and help Singapore-based robotics & automation companies to innovate and differentiate themselves in the market.

NRPO also works to foster public-private partnerships to ensure robotics technologies and IPs developed with public funding are relevant for industry and are commercialised into useful products, services and solutions that are adopted in Singapore and around the world.

A key role of NRPO is to bring together end-users across different industries, robotics & automation companies, and our IHLs/RIs to identify use cases and technology gaps that public-private partnerships can help to address. In so doing, we enhance Singapore?s robotics R&D capabilities and help Singapore-based robotics & automation companies to innovate and differentiate themselves in the market.

Another key role of NRPO is to work together with partner agencies to grow our robotics (supply-side) industry comprising system integrators, robot vendors, software and component suppliers. A strong and vibrant robotics (supply-side) industry with companies developing and making robotics products and solutions here for export will help to support our end-user industries and act as vehicles for the commercialisation of technologies and IPs developed by our IHLs/RIs.

We are looking for a self-motivated person with a keen interest in robotics, to join NRPO to perform the following:

• Assist in planning and implementing initiatives to fulfil NRPO's objectives, with a focus on local and overseas events that showcase Singapore's robotics innovation ecosystem and that helps to foster connections and collaborations amongst end-users, robotics & automation companies and IHLs/RIs.
• Establish NRPO's calendar of events including a flagship NRPO event and identifying events that NRPO should partner with or participate in.
• Plan and execute NRPO's flagship and other events including engaging with stakeholders, partners and vendors.
• Work closely with our corporate communications partner to develop communications plan and key messages.
• Develop and manage our communications platforms and channels including NRPO's website and social media.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably with a background in events, public relations or community development.
• Operational experience in organising and managing events including driving schedules and tasks.
• Able to multi-task and work well under time pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Adept at social media communication platforms and channels.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Programme Officer contributes actively to the programme needs of MINDS Future Care Planning (FCP) Services under the umbrella of Community-Based Support Services (CSS).  CSS is the dynamic and nimble service delivery arm in MINDS that responds to emerging needs of PWIDs and Caregivers in the community. The programme executive will work in synergy with various direct community services to enhance integration and community living of caregivers and PWIDs in the community.

 He/she will be involved in the planning, coordinating and executing of programme events and activities that suit the needs of families of persons with intellectual and developmental needs. He/she will contribute actively to FCP Services and work with team to ensure the efficient running of FCP programmes which will include working with caregivers on planning for the future, life coaching and life planning. He/she will also assist the team in developing and enhancing MINDS online future planning website (FutureReady by MINDS).

 A proactive thinker, resourceful and responsible team player, he/she works closely with team to raise awareness of future care planning matters, plan programmes and ensure smooth delivery of programme.  He/she will also connect and coordinate with other organisations to execute collaborative, inclusive and client-centric programmes, to manage communications and feedback from stakeholders, and to conduct outreach activities to other organisations and the community.

Information/ intake assessment and life plan development

• To attend to queries and referrals on FCP programme
• To triage and refer client to suitable programmes and services
• To arrange for assessment with clients and caregivers to explore and provide guidance on future planning
• To support the social worker in drawing up individual life plans for client and work with life coaches and caregivers to set goals and plans to achieve the set goals.
• To periodically review the life plan with client and caregiver

Build Stakeholder Relationship

• Manage communications and feedback from caregivers
• Coordinate with internal and external agencies for the execution of events and/or activities
• Develop and support outreach activities to client group/s, other organisations and the community

Programme Management and Administrative Support

• Supports the Manager in coordinating and executing assigned events and/or activities.
• Content creation and/or organising of publicity materials for distribution to key stakeholders
• Support the Manger in the collation of content resources and information and assist in the enhancement of FutureReady toolkit
• Maintain organised records on progress of assigned events and/or activities

• Diploma holder in any disciple
• Certificate in basic case management will be an advantage

4. Supervision of marine fuels loading from oil terminals and delivery to customer vessels as per SS600 & SS648 requirements and procedures

5. Liaising with oil terminal personnel, cargo surveyors and ship crew.

6. Responsible for the custody of marine fuels

7. Ensuring correct quality and quantity of bunkers is delivered to customer vessels in a safe and efficient manner

8. Possess good knowledge of the Coriolis mass flow meter
