• Assist with aspects of financial accounting records, AR and AP, and reconciliation, Includes posting, verification, payment, filling
• Ensure timely AR/AP financial recording for month end - provide status inputs eg., actions taken, timelines etc.
• Handle any other general office administration

Job Scope:

• Responsible for accuracy, completeness, and timely processing of AP transactions by ensuring invoice processing is in accordance with accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Preparation for month-end closing schedules
• Ad-hoc projects under process improvement

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business/Finance/Accountancy (or equivalent)
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Competent in Microsoft Excel skills
