Responsibilities:

• Fulfil the roles of Workplace Health and Safety Officer
• Implements Quality, Environment, Health, and Safety (QEHS) programs onsite.
• Participates in monitoring and controlling safety standards in accordance with local regulations and code of practice
• Lead and manage the deployment of Corporate programs independently
• Develop QEHS procedures including establishing safe work procedures to minimize foreseeable risk in the workplace.
• Analyses data in compliance with current regulations and makes appropriate recommendations to prevent new or recurring accidents
• Conducts trend analysis, audits, accident investigations and site inspections of operational procedures, facility design, equipment and materials
• Makes recommendations for changes in the work environment based on interpretations and principles of professional practices
• Develops QEHS related training material and conducts training based on training matrix.
• Evaluates new hazardous materials to ensure compliance in QEHS requirements.
• Reviews new/current QEHS related legislation and evaluates the impacts to organization.
• Demonstrates teamwork in all interaction with other groups and departments.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in EHS, Industrial Hygiene, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5years of working experience
• Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WHSO)

Property Officer (5.25days / Real Estate Management / Up to $4000）

• Working days: 5.25 days // 8.30am to 5.30pm + OT, Sat: 8.30am to 1pm + OT
• Basic: $2500 to $4000 (depends on experience)

Job scope:

You will work closely with the Property Manager to provide excellent support to estate residents in executing daily estate inspections to ensure high quality standard of horticultural, maintenance and implement improvement works. In addition, you would need to manage and attend to residents/tenants’ feedback as well arrears cases.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Real Estate/Facilities Management/Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Able to work under pressure and work beyond normal working hours and on weekends/public holidays.
