Job Description

• Working Hours: 26 days per month (7-7/8-8, morning/night shift)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary $2,870 + Performance Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Screen people, staff, and vehicles entering the premises; conduct property checks for safety.
• Patrol areas to prevent theft and monitor for signs of fire, smoke, or leaks; ensure security systems and exits are secure.
• Control access by managing entry and exit points, conducting ID checks, and authorizing access for visitors and staff.
• Respond swiftly to alarms, fire incidents, and emergencies, including medical and criminal situations.
• Maintain detailed records of access and incidents, manage vehicle parking, and secure all areas, including loading bays, when not in use.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, support, and evaluate the performance of the accounts payable team.
• Validate data and process various types of vendor invoices and employee reimbursements.
• Oversee daily department operations to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
• Maintain detailed and accurate financial records and client information.
• Compile, analyze, and present financial reports to management and stakeholders.
• Establish and drive the achievement of departmental goals.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with team members, clients, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and controls, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop standardized processes to enhance internal efficiency, including creating templates for company-wide use.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, management, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with SAP is an advantage.
• Strong planning and problem-solving abilities.
• Prior supervisory experience is an asset.

An MBA or CPA is also highly desirable. At least 10 years' experience in the finance industry and proven leadership and management experience is essential – with examples of when they have demonstrated excellence in the workplace. A CFO must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the executive presence to work with senior management, investors and external stakeholders. They must be able to engage with staff at all levels of the organisation and exercise sound judgement.

CFO duties and responsibilities of the job

As the key member of the executive management team, the CFO interacts with senior stakeholders and other members of a company.
