Working Hours: Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:

• Accounts Receivable: Generate and issue tenant invoices, monitor payments, and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Accounts Payable: Record vendor invoices and process payments.
• General Ledger: Prepare journal entries and financial reports.
• Assist in the preparation of GST filings, income tax submissions, and budgeting.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with the property or real estate sector.
• Experience with accounting systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Competence in full-set accounting, including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable.
