3. Address Discrepancies:
Report any cash discrepancies to the Duty Manager, Front Office, Accountant, Financial Controller, and General Manager. Resolve issues within 24 hours.
4. Cash Count:
Conduct surprise cash counts of floats and the Cash Machine monthly, ideally twice a month with the Accountant or Financial Controller.
5. Cash Limits and Deposits:
Keep the Cash Machine balance below $20k, including cash floats. Deposit any excess in the bank with a Security Officer present.
6. Record Keeping:
Save scanned copies of all bank and cash machine slips in the “Banking Matters” folder for audit and records.

3.Quality Control & Laboratory Operations:
o Adhere to quality control procedures to support clinical diagnostic, kit manufacturing activities and ensure high accuracy and efficiency in task execution.
o Perform routine and specialized quality control procedures across product lines.
o Assist in data collection, analysis, and identification of potential sources of error within laboratory processes.
o Perform equipment PQ and support the execution of validations according to approved plans.
o Ensure proper reception and rejection of laboratory specimens in compliance with standard operating procedures.
o Track operational workflow using designated tracking sheets and Laboratory Information Systems.
o Implement new QC techniques and support technology transfers from R&D teams.
