Roles & Responsibilities

Scope :

All finance and accounting matters relating to our business.

Accountabilities/Responsibilities :

-Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.

-To prepare invoices for reporting.

-Preparing all Final Disbursement Accounts (FDA) accurately and within deadlines.

-Prepare and arrange 'Cash To Master (CTM)' with vendors.

-Process payment to suppliers and staff reimbursement.

-Prepare monthly AP journals, postings and schedules.

-Any other adhoc tasks as assigned by your immediate supervisor

Skills and Qualifications :

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and D365

Numerical Skills and attention to details

Diploma in Accountancy or its equivalent

Admin Officer

Assist in handling and maintaining proper records of feedback or complaints received from the residents.

Assist the CM to attend Section 47(1)(c) notice and update strata roll upon receipt of notice of transfer

Assist the Condominium Manager in petty cash management and collection of payment by residents on daily basis, including daily account closing.

Update trust accounts periodically of all transactions for the contributions, facilities' charges and deposits for receipts issuance to residents.

Manage the booking of estate facilities such as BBQ pits, tennis courts, function room etc. according to House Rules, By Laws and Standard Operating Procedures.

Establish and maintain proper filling systemt to ensure smooth documentation and adminstration of the estate.

Carry out regular of the content of the notice board(s).

Maintain inventory of office stationery and equipment maintenace record and perform general adminstrative duties.

Co-ordinate council meetings and annual general meetings as instructed by the Condominium Manager.

Any other duties assigned by supervisor / manager.

Job Description:

• You will be responsible for providing security services at the airport and key installation areas, such as safeguarding and protection of assets. Your role includes:

1. Perform CCTV and Control Room monitoring duties.
2. Undertake screening of baggage and personnel.
3. Perform X-ray screening and access controls.
4. Perform guarding and patrolling of installations.
5. Any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:

• Valid PLRD Security license (Must be licensed as a Security Officer (SO) and are already in possession of a valid SO ID cards)
• Proficient to communicate in English
• Normal colour vision
• Able to work on rotating shifts
• Able to take on assignments at various locations based on Company's discretion

• Drive compliance with operational risk processes and manage technology, information, and cybersecurity risks within various business areas, in line with the firm's risk appetite and regulatory requirements
• Plan and conduct technology, information, and cybersecurity gap assessment to identify possible risks at each stage of the Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC), evaluating relevant mitigating controls and measuring residual risk
• Collaborate with Business Partner & Solutions (BPS), Infrastructure and Platform Services (IPS) and Service Integration and Management (SIAM) teams to drive compliance with technology, information and cybersecurity policies and standards
