Job Description

1. Boarding fee management

• Liaising and coordinating of Boarding financial processes with internal and external stakeholders, including Ministry of Education (MOE).
• Reviewing of listings prepared by Boarding Department to ensure accuracy of data for billing.
• Issuing of invoices for all Boarding related fees including ad-hoc billing for Raffles Boarding Programme and air-conditioning fees for RI students, private boarders, MOE scholars and external visitors.

Medical Claims Officer

You will provide oversee medical claims of patients and provide general administrative support to the department.

Job Description:

· Oversees hospital and doctor's fees billing upon patient's discharge.

· Seek clarifications and liaise with medical institution and policyholders on outstanding requirements

• Promptly process final bills and provide payers with accurate invoices.
• Ensure timely and accurate billing for submission to relevant authorities for Medisave/MediShield claims (where applicable).

Receptionist Duties:

• Maintain proper record of incoming and outgoing mails
• Manage visitor logbooks
• Greet visitors, clients, and employees with a professional and friendly demeanor.

Administrative Duties:

• Handle data entry, filing, and document management, document transmittal form
• Keep track on birthday celebrations and send personalised email
• Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
• Support HR activities, such as maintaining employee records and coordinating onboarding activities.
• Handle staff house check in and check out records and dormitory agreement.
• Arrange of cleaner’s schedule and ensure cleaner perform his duties.

• Liaise with vendors and service providers for maintenance or repairs of our building

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook email client
• Meticulous, Fast Learner, Initativeness, responsible, Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Customer service-oriented with a friendly and professional attitude.
• At least Diploma/Degree in Business administration or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in the related field is required for this position.

Job Description

• Manage the day-to-day Accounting operations including A/R, A/P, Revenue Recognition for specific products.
• Assist to ensure closing of books within the timeline and review of any manual entry for adjustment.
• Approval of workflows for payments after preparing disbursement slips in system.
• Preparation of the internal monthly analysis report for the assigned products/segments.
• Prepare manual invoice/debit notes when required
• Assist in Audit (samplings)
• Support as a team member, for cover of duty and any miscellaneous projects and tasks.

Job Requirement

• At least Diploma/LCCI/CAT graduate with few years of working experience in accounting.
• Experience in trading industry will have advantageous.
• Good understanding with MS Office applications.
• Ensure accuracy of reports and good communication skills both written & verbal.
• Ability to multi-task and able to work well as a team member
• Willing to learn with a positive attitude

• To assist in all aspects relating to the construction of the project, keeping and reviewing record of works, monitoring Contractor's schedules, observe and comply with site safety, and submitting all reports to the Supervisiong Officer
• Attend all meetings relating to the project and other duties as directed by the Supervising Officer from time to time
• To familiarize with the drawings, contract specifications and highlight deviations
• To provide full support and assistance to the Supervising Officer
• Ensure that the contractors carry out their work in compliance with Building Control Act and Regulations
• Approved Registered RTO Certificate
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience as an RTO in the construction industry
• Knowledge and familiar with the local authority requirements
• Able to work under pressure with ability to work independently
• Able to start work within short notice
