JOB SCOPE

Guest Relations Officer will assist the Front Office Manager in providing good customer service to guests and walk in guests.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Attend to guests enquiries, complaints and follow up on the complaints made by guests.

2. Assist in attending to guests check in and check out as and when needed when there is a shortage of manpower for the Front Desk Reception Officer.

3. Escort guests to their allocated guest rooms and show them the amenities in the room.

4. Periodically check lobby elevators, door and front driveway to ensure it is not overcrowded.

5. Assist in the billing of guests invoices.

6. Ensure that Bell hops and Doorman are available to attend to transfer the luagages of the guests from their hotel rooms to the Front Desk Counter to carry out their check out registration.

7. Perform other ad-hoc duty as assigned by HOD.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Possess a Certificate in Hotel Accommodation from SHATEC or any private training institute.

2. At least two (2) years of relevant working experiences in the hospitality industry.

3. Customer oriented and with good working attitude.

4. Able to work independently and as well as a team.

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

The services required are set out as follows:

• Being a strong advocate of Positive Discipline.
• Supporting the Student Discipline Unite in creation and maintaining of a positive school tone during school hours by patrolling the school compound (classroom blocks, toilets, special rooms etc) and engaging identified at-risk students and general student body.
• Supporting the Student Discipline Unite in investigating serious offences and engaging parents, if need be:
• Assists the Student Discipline Unit in maintaining and upkeep of disciplinary records (print & soft copies)
• Assist in Intervention Programmes (e.g. In-House Suspension Detention Casses & Students-In-Risk counselling) run by Student Discipline Unite: AND
• Making routine checks in the school premises (during school hours) and nearby areas outside the school (as when required) such as nearby neighborhood void decks etc to ensure that students are not engaging in unauthorized or improper activities, as deployed by the Student Discipline Unit.

The personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

• At least O level Certificate with 3 passes.
• Excellent team-player who is organized, meticulous and with the ability to multi-task.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and Email and Google Tools.

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Project Officer to contribute to the design and simulation of high-efficiency DC-DC converters and RF power amplifiers.

This role involves working on innovative solutions in the field of analog/RF/power management IC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implementation and testing of DC DC converters and other related analog/mixed signal ICs. Development cycle including circuit design, simulation, modeling, layout, verification and measurements.
• Design state of the art DC DC converters that include op amps, comparators, bandgap, low-drop linear regulator, ADCs, switching power stage, etc
• Design of high power-efficiency RF power amplifiers
• Prepare research papers/reports/technology disclosures, etc

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in IC design or related field
• At least 2 years of relevant experiences in IC design/Electronics
• Familiarity with Analog/Power Management/RF IC design and Cadence software
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in Cadence, Python or Matlab
• Ability to work independently and deliver solutions within strict timelines
• Attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time management skills
