• Completed at least a project of similar nature as a S.O Rep or equivalent using PSSCOC or equivalent.
• Experienced and conversant with statutory code, PSSCOC or equivalent, contract administration management of claims and Extension of Time, progress reporting, requirements for site management and supervision, project execution plan and quality control procedures.

As a Finance Account Officer, you'll be responsible for overseeing critical financial operations. You will work as part of an established and nationally funded multi-disciplinary research group that focuses on hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). You will work closely with patient cohorts and relevant pre-clinical models; processing biosamples and conducting of experiments to ensure timely achievement of project milestones. The ideal candidate will have a background in handling and processing of patient’s biosamples, maintaining the inventory of biosamples repository, as well as experience in molecular and cell biology functional work. The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic and collaborative research environment, working closely with post-docs, clinical coordinators, bioinformaticians, clinicians, and researchers involved in ongoing clinical trials. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge cancer biology research, with the potential to directly impact therapeutic strategies for HCC patients. Expertise in cancer models, immunohistochemistry, and translational research is highly desirable. Opportunities for publications will be provided.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Timely processing of valuable clinical biosamples for translational research.

- Maintain accurate database of clinical biosamples.

- Able to perform molecular and cell biology functional work to provide quality and reliable experimental output.

- Establish research plan and methodologies, troubleshoot and run research independently.

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree in biomedical science or equivalent.

- Experience working with human samples is required.

- Familiar with techniques like flow cytometry, ELISA, western-blot, cell culture, animal work will be an advantage.

- Possess excellent analytical, technical and problem-solving skills.

- Well organized and detail oriented.

- Ability to coordinate diverse groups of people.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsible for all aspects of Human Resources, Health & Safety for all the employees in Tuas. The person will also be responsible for the Administration of the Offices in Tuas. Will be the Point of Contact for all our employees in Tuas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all HR activities Biz. Recruitment, On-boarding, Training, Compensation, Employee Grievances and Benefits for BCWs in Tuas as and when there is a need.

• Responsible for accurately and efficiently processing invoices, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining meticulous records.

• Admin activities such as ordering stationery, pantries, name card creation and others.

• Ensure accurate maintenance of BCWs’ employee database & Management of the TMS – through the HR Infotech & provide accurate details for Salary Processing.

• Responsible for overseeing and managing the company's security system, transportation operations, townhall & CSR activities.

• Support the management in overseeing the Health & Safety aspects of the work environment.

• Drive, coordinate and implement all Workplace Safety and Health Initiatives.

• Conduct regular WSH inspections and follow-up actions to ensure safety compliance.

• Produce Site Workplace Safety and Health Reports regularly.

• Ensure compliance of operations with Workplace Safety and Health regulations and statutory requirements

Skills & Qualification:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Health & Safety role.

• No prior experience in Human Resources is required – on the job training will be provided.

• Experience managing Blue Collared workmen - right from hiring, retaining & managing the expectations of the employees would be an added advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Familiar with the local labour, health and safety legislation.
