• Location: Changi Airfreight Centre

Job Responsibilities:

• Attend call, email or fax from other agent for pre-alert.
• Received pre-alert through email from customer service and overseas agents.
• Monitor shipments (arrival date, time, short landed, survey, missing)
• Transfer and create job information into the system (Cargowise).
• Break-bulk console and direct consignments.
• To correspond with overseas offices on import general enquiries.
• Attend to customers request for flight information, cargo and delivery status, permit, Invoice, etc…
• Submission of claims for missing or damage cargo.

Job Requirements:

• Prefer to have minimum 2 year of freight forwarding experience.
• Basic knowledge of freight forwarding will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Fulfill duties as a Safe Management Officer, implementing and monitoring Safe Management Measures at the workplace.

• Must be a Registered Safety Officer with MOM.
• Possession of FSM qualification recognized by SCDF preferred.
• 5-10 years of relevant ESH experience in the chemical, petrochemical, hazardous waste management, or a similar manufacturing sector.
• In-depth knowledge of ESH legislation, regulations, and best practices.
• Logistics and fleet management experience is an added benefit.
