• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a compliance role within the financial services or fintech industry. Familiarity with MAS guidelines, particularly on AML/CFT and financial advisory regulations.

Job Description

• Manage and maintain day-to-day operations of residential property

General Overview

This position reports to Supervisor (Marine Operations) and assisting him/her in ensuring safe, reliable and efficient ship-shore operations, inclusive of interfaces activities for JTJ, STS & FSRU and FSU services.

The incumbent will oversee the maintenance of marine equipment, monitoring the contractors appointed for marine activities and screen LNG ship for SLNG’s acceptance prior to ship arrival.

The incumbent shall also undertake the Loading Master function as required.

Roles and ResponsibilIties

• Collaborate with R&D teams to drive innovation in areas such as fast-charging technologies, vehicle-to-grid (V2G) integration, and energy management systems.

Compliance and Safety

• Ensure that all EV buses meet regulatory requirements, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
• Oversee the development and implementation of safety protocols for EV bus operations, including battery safety, charging infrastructure, and maintenance procedures.
• Monitor and assess the performance of EV buses to ensure reliability, safety, and efficiency.

Training and Development

• Develop training programs for technical staff on new technologies, systems, and troubleshooting methods related to electric buses.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities to junior engineers and technical personnel.

Data Analysis and Reporting

• Monitor performance data from electric buses, analyze trends, and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare detailed technical reports, performance reviews, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

We are looking for exceptional customer-oriented individuals to join our Retail Banking team. As a Customer Service Officer, you enjoy interacting with people from all walks of life and pride yourself on providing excellent service to customers with patience and empathy. An effective multi-tasker and good team player, you will have first-hand interaction with branch customers handling operational transaction activities, customer enquiries, data maintenance and the preparation of reports.

• Execute customer transactions accurately and timely, including but not limited to cheque handling, cash deposits/withdrawals/transfers, loan payments and account opening/closure
• Reconcile cash drawers, count and package coins and notes daily
• Be well-versed in the bank’s products and services to address customers’ enquiries and needs promptly and effectively
• Provide quality customer service to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction at all times

Requirements

• Diploma qualification or higher
• Product knowledge on savings accounts, cash deposits and withdrawals is preferred but not a strict requirement
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a pleasant disposition
• Self-motivated multi-tasker who is meticulous and able to work independently and accurately on assigned tasks and also a team player who thrives a in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work on a 5.5 or 6-day weekly schedule
• Prior work experience in banking is not required. Full training will be provided for all successful candidates.
