Job Description

• Generate and manage Purchase Orders for vendors.
• Complete service entry processes.
• Facilitate the onboarding of new vendors within RTBS and PASS SAP systems.
• Oversee and administer the Third-Party due diligence process.
• Document and maintain the invoicing procedures across SAP systems (PASS and RTBS).
• Serve as the primary point of contact for account payment inquiries from service providers.
