Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise term contractors in the maintenance of properties and facilities to accomplish maintenance program schedule, compliance to regulatory requirements, and to achieve operational efficiency
• Manage and review service contracts to meet facilities management targets and to achieve cost-effective operations
• Conduct schedule site inspection and KPI audit
• Plan and supervise building and facilities upgrading projects
• Prepare job specifications for tender/quotation exercise, evaluation submissions and recommend contract award
• Monitor and maintenance services expenditure
• Process invoice verification
• Any other duties assigned

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or Integrated Facility Management
• Minimum 1 years of working experiences in Projects & Facilities Management and Sustainability
• Experience in supervising external contractors for maintenance of properties and facilities
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Possess Project management skills
• Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to be a good team-player
• Able to work under pressure

This position is to manage and update customer pertaining to Air Import Shipments activities

Job Description:

• To monitor closely assigned customers’ inbound shipments

• Work closely with respective overseas offices to monitor its uplift at point of export till its arrival

• Update customers promptly of delivery date and if any irregularity to inform them

• Maintain close communication with overseas offices, internal customers, authorized contractors and ground handling agents to track closely its arrival and customs clearance

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by his/her immediate superior and/or manager

• Some basic skills in Microsoft office Requirement

Jobs Scope:

• Perform receiving and QC checks, updating records in WMS/QC systems.
• Ensure items meet quality standards and manage quality photos in reports.
• Reject non-compliant items, handle disposal, and prevent store delivery of such products.
• Train new staff on fruit quality checks and handle administrative tasks like orders and feedback.
• Carry cartons (up to 20 kg) and operate MHE for pallet movements.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and other assigned duties.

Requirement:

• Min 1 year of warehouse experience
• Comfortable with rotating shift

Job Description:

• Carry out site supervision duties in accordance with the Building Control Act.
• Ensure works are done appropriately following the approved drawings.
• Assist the Resident Engineer on all site and/or construction related matters.
