• Assist in deploying security officers during tour of duty
• Check workability of security equipment installed
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by superior

REQUIREMENTS:
• Security Officer license issued by Police Licensing & Regulatory Department ( PLRD)
• WSQ Certified Security courses
• Min two years of experience as a security officer
• Able to prepare Security Incident Report

Job Description:

• To assist Safety Manager on all safety, health, environmental, and welfare matters, to ensure the Project complies with its statutory obligations, safety requirements, and aerodrome safety standards.
• To be responsible for health, safety, and environmental control, and to assist Safety Manager to ensure that all works adhere to the procedures and instructions.
• To assist Safety Manager in liaising and co-ordinate with stakeholders, authorities and agencies and other Consultants employed by Developer.
• To put up daily situation reports.
• Ensure risk assessment and safe working procedures are correctly executed on-site.
• To conduct daily health, safety, and environmental inspections, prepare reports and follow up with Project Safety Team / Contractors for closure.
• To carry out investigations into all accidents and near-miss incidents and to record the findings on the relevant forms.
• Wear appropriate personal protective clothing/equipment and observe all safety requirements/procedures.
• To implement and monitor appropriate safety measures in accordance with the Workplace Health and Safety Act and Safety Management System.
• To highlight areas where training/certification is required to meet the standards imposed by Legislation, Approved Codes of Practice, or H.S.E. guidance

Requirements

• At least 03 years of Project relevant experience in the construction industry preferably 2 years with the developer/main contractor.
• Must be a registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer with MOM.
• Must be a registered Fire Safety Manager.
• Has developed a Risk Management Implementation Plan (bizSAFE Level 2) or equivalent

This is a full-time, onsite, Operations Support Officer Role in MOE Secondary School. If you are selected,

You will work closely with the Operations Manager and/ Admin ICT Manager in MOE Secondary School (nearest MRT- Tanjong Katong, Paya Lebar & Dakota) in the day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities:

The Services required are set out as follows:

1. Provide cleaning services;
2. Provide logistics support for school events e.g. moving and arranging tables and chairs;
3. Closing of school and keep school facilities safe and secure;
4. Supervise and escort the Authority’s appointed term contractors who are carrying out facilities management services in school;
5. Check on the existing stock of cleaning supplies and toilet supplies and feedback to Operations Manager for replenishment of stock;
6. Carry out administrative roles (such as receiving and inspecting goods and/or services, compiliation of delivery orders) to assist the Operations Manager;
7. Report building faults to Operations Manager;
8. Any other operational support services duties as assigned by the Authority.

Job Requirements:

1) The Personnel must have at least a Primary 6 local school education or equivalent.

2) The Personnel should preferably have experience in providing cleaning services.

3) The Personnel should preferably have experience working in customer-service related jobs.

4) The Personnel must be physically able to provide logistics support for school events.

5) The Personnel must know how to use WhatsApp Messenger application or equivalent to take photos for reporting of building faults.

Summary:

Contract Period: From 1 Feb 2025 to 30 Jun 2025

Working Hours:

• Mondays to Thursdays: 10:00am to 7:00pm, inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break.

• Fridays: 10:30am to 7:00pm, inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break.
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.
