Job Description
• Connect with the recruitment company to carry out the recruitment and dismissal of employees.
• Prepare and sign employment contacts with employees.
• Develop a training plan and organize employees to carry out the training plan.
• Develop a company policy related to manpower.
• Contact and communicate with the Ministry of Manpower when necessary.
• Assist in the settlement of disputes between the company and employees.
• Process monthly payroll, CPF submission, IR21, IR8A submission.
• Responsible to employee visa and immigration process, keep tracking efficiently of expiry, cancellation, renewal, and conversion of work passes.
Requirement
• Prefer relevant working experience in HR/Payroll.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & BAS Cloud.
• Good knowledge in Employment Act, foreign work pass procedure.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently.
• Multitasking.
