Key Responsibilities
Handle daily rate enquiries from local customers and overseas agents.
Timely response for all enquiries with multiple solutions and accuracy.
Communicate and coordinate with operations team for efficient execution of shipments.
Understand and analyse market trends, assist in providing pricing strategies for clients.
Develop key account business through regular communication, efficient pricing and follow ups.
Report generation.
Other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned.

To provide all relevant endorsements required by the relevant authorities
Supervise all works including all civil and architectural works, plumbing, sanitary, drainage, irrigation and sewer system, commuters facilities, road works, trial trenches and utilities diversion etc.
To coordinate the contractor, AC, QP(D), relevant agencies, including interfacing contractors and consultants etc for the works
To review, evaluate and assess all formwork structure, formwork support systems systems and gantry crane and submit evaluation report endorsed by a PE
To review and supervise safety, environmental and health matters
To supervise the installation of instrumentation
To supervise sanitary and plumbing installations, pump drainage works etc
To review, evaluate and assess the monitoring of instrumentation and interpretation of the results and provide analytical results/presentations
To review Contractor's design and supervise all works associated to micro-tunneling and mining, Flyover works, sewer diversion (including shaft construction and pipe-jacking operations.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering
At least 4 years’ of experience, of which 3 years experience in either geotechnical works or airport construction.
Promote centre courses sand provide course consultation to prospective clients.
Coordinating and facilitating classes for the centre.
Handle general administrative tasks pertaining to clients and course registration matters.
Responsible for enrolment daily.
Follow up on sales enquiries.
Communicate with instructors, coordinators and clients on starting classes or change of timing, and any other situation that may arise.
Take photos of classes for marketing collaterals and helping in creating advertising materials.
Perform any ad hoc basis as assigned by manager.
