The AML/CFT Compliance Officer will serve as the primary reference for all anti-money laundering and countering the financing of terrorism matters within the organization. The role involves ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including the Payment Services Act and regulations.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing AML/CFT compliance programs, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor customer transactions and manage compliance investigations.
• Conducting risk assessments and managing AML/CFT risks.
• Training staff on AML/CFT policies and regulatory updates.
• Liaising with regulatory authorities and ensuring timely reporting of suspicious transactions.
• Operating and maintaining AML systems and addressing related alerts and issues.
• Preparing compliance reports for senior management and the Board of Directors.
• Supporting audits and inspections by internal and external parties.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Singapore’s AML/CFT regulations and a proven ability to manage compliance frameworks effectively.

Job Description

• Perform accounting duties for Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivables (AR) including preparation of invoices and monthly statements of accounts.
• Provide general administrative support to Accounts Dept.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as requested.

Requirements

• Diploma in Accountancy or LCCI equivalent qualifications.
• Able to work independently
• Fast and efficient with strong time management skills to effectively meet deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office and Quickbooks software.
• Able to start work immediately or with short notice period

Working Hours

5.5 days work week.

Monday - Friday (8:30AM - 6PM) and Saturday (9:00AM - 1PM)
