The Procurement Officer supports the development of procurement strategies by monitoring inventory movement and reconciling supplies with established procedures. He/She also supports the overall contractor selection process by analysing proposals and draft contracts based on established supplier selection processes and criteria. He/She should possess strong organisational, interpersonal and negotiation skills. He/She is a conscientious and self-motivated individual who is able to manage work priorities and relationships with suppliers and other business units locally and regionally.

• Delivers required security service based on Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.
• Conduct indoor and outdoor security patrols.
• Prevent unauthorized entry, trespass, intrusion and acts of vandalism.
• Prevent abuse of facilities provided in the site by occupiers (including visitors).
• Conduct crowd and vehicle traffic control.
• Ensure barriers are always down when no vehicle is entering.
• Ensure security office doors are secured and always locked after office hours.
• Control and direct traffic movements during morning and evening peak hours.
• Ensure that all personnel register at the designated security counters and issue visitor pass in exchange for valid photo identification documents.
• Conduct audit check on security passes to ensure only authorized vehicle and personnel can access.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Strong knowledge and experience in LAN/WAN network configuration
