Details of the Division and Team:

To manage and provide effective guidance to Front Office in their work processes and submissions, in terms of new client account opening which involves both documentation and KYC aspect. The role requires the candidate to advise the Front Office in all Know-Your-Client/ Source of Wealth and legal document related matters and supports the Front Office from the beginning of the new customer adoption process from prospect through to funding of the account including. Your key responsibilities:

• Ensure timely account openings and response turnaround
• Provide SME advice to Front Office on complex account structures and KYC/AML cases the business is confronted with
• Act as sparring partner for Front Office in all AML/ SOW/ KYC related topics

• Lead and/ or represent WM Ops in ad-hoc projects in relation to NCA/ KYC/ SOW/ Regulatory Changes

Your skills and experience:

• Diploma / Degree majoring in Banking, Accountancy or Business Administration or related discipline
• Knowledgeable and experienced in banking operations, client onboarding, account documentation, risk management, sophisticated AML/KYC knowledge and experience in banking or financial industry for at least 2 to 5 years
• Ability to develop a good knowledge of the customer base, with sensitivity to specific customer needs.

Roles and Responsibilities

• To perform all roles and responsibilities required of site supervisors under the Building Control Act
• To supervise the timely execution of the works and maintain quality control and ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the contract specifications, drawings, allocated timeframe, all other contract documents and site instructions
• To check all drawings and specifications to ensure that works are carried out in accordance with the approved plans for discrepancies and report to the Superintending Officer / Consultant / Qualified Person as stated below:
• Check shop drawings submitted by contractor.
• Check as-built drawings and Operation & Maintenance Manual submitted by contractor.
• To check on quality of materials and samples delivered to site and report to Superintending Officer / Consultant / Qualified Person on any materials that are not conforming to the specifications.
• To check mock-ups done on site, where necessary.

Job Requirements

• Possess Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Registered Resident Technical Officer with IES / ACES
• Minimum 3 years experience as RTO in supervision of works similar in nature to major construction works in buildings, civil.

The Securities & Derivative Analyst 2 is an Intermediate level position responsible for processing orders and transactions originating from trading desks and branch offices in coordination with the Operations - Transaction Services team. • Perform trade verifications to ensure accuracy of booking requests
