The Animal Care Officer (ACO) is responsible for the treatment, care, and overall well-being of animals. Job Description

• Setup/ Prepare/ Send customer invoices for various utilities mainly electricity
• Troubleshoot and resolving billing and credit control issues
• Prepare, review and resolve monthly and daily settlement
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all bills and settlements
• Collaborate closely with different internal departments to ensure high accuracy of customer information and coach Junior Officers (Senior role)
• Liaise with external vendors and resolve any issues (Senior role)
• Assist with process and system improvements and implementations (Senior role)
• Prepare customer/ internal financial or billing related reports as required

Minimum Requirements

• Local Diploma/ Degree in Business/ Finance/ Accountancy/ IT or other relevant fields
• Min 5 years related working experience/ Min 2 years supervisory experience for Senior roles
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

[What the role is]

The Radiation Protection and Nuclear Science Group in NEA is the national authority for radiation protection in Singapore and serves to protect the public, radiation workers and the environment from the harmful effects of radiation. Its Regulation Division administers and enforces the Radiation Protection Act and its subsidiary Regulations through a system of licensing, inspection and enforcement. It also ensures that Singapore fulfils her obligations to relevant international conventions and agreements.

[What you will be working on]

The job scope will include but not limited to the following:

• Develop, review and enhance various radiological and nuclear emergency plans
• Procure and maintain response equipment and tools
• Develop and implement training programme
• Plan and conduct emergency exercises locally and regionally

[What we are looking for]

The job might be for you if you possess the following:

• Good Honours Degree in Physics/Chemistry or any engineering field
• 3-5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in emergency preparedness and response work, would be an advantage

Job Responsibilites

Billing and invoicing

Perform day to day billing operations

Generate invoices for posting to customers

Oversees and manage billing schedules and prompt issurance to meet both customer expectations and company requirements

Verify invoice details, by cross referencing with customer's signed contracts/ quotations to ensure accuracy, and proactively address anu discrepancies or errors to compliance with agreed terms.

Interact with internal and external customers on rates and charges disputes
