Qualifications:

RESPONSIBILITIES

The role of Operations Manager (OM) is to be responsible for the strategic management of the school environment, including estate, facilities, resources (inventories/supplies) and processes, to achieve school's objectives as well as day-to-day operations. The OM also plays a key role in school safety and security, overseeing risk-management, health matters and emergency preparedness processes.

As part of the management team, the OM will also contribute towards organizational decision-making and participate in general executive and non-executive functions that the team undertakes. • Continuously monitor, conduct regular reporting and data analysis to understand specific marketplace performance, identifying areas for improvements and optimisations.
• Stay updated, and sharing market trends, best practices and innovations, proposing ideas and initiatives and new marketplace potentials

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce or a related field
• 2 – 4 years of proven experience in marketplace management, with track record of success in driving gross merchandise value GMV growth.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent command of English
• Proficiency in a second language is preferred.
• Meticulous, adaptable, creative thinker who can work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Understanding of online marketplace platforms such as Amazon, Tmall, Lazada etc., including tools, technologies and best practices.
• Results-driven and able to work under pressure
• Experience working in the luxury industry would be a plus
• Problem solver, with strong time and project management skills
• Positive character who is able to pivot across multiple tasks
