Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced partnership and community relations assistant manager to support Jia Ying Active Ageing Centre in reaching out to potential donors, corporate partners and volunteers to help, heal and honour seniors and their families in our community. to lead our internal and external communications efforts.

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in fundraising within a non-profit environment, particularly in an active aging centre.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

1. Act as Finance Representative in preparation for moving of office, including packing of documents
2. Support the annual asset verification cum asset write-off exercise in preparation for office relocation
3. Assist on the registration and tagging of new assets, and update asset locations post office relocation
4. Liaise with the business departments in asset verification and tagging

Primary Objectives of Position

• Manage the maintenance of the SPLRT Power Supply and Distribution System equipment so as to ensure that the safety, reliability and availability of such services meet the standards agreed with the Operation Department.

Major Responsibilities

• Liaise with LTA on all matters pertaining to the Power Supply and
  Distribution equipment.
• Ensure proper taking over of Power Supply and Distribution from LTA.
• Ensure receipt of all final manuals and drawings relative to maintenance,
  training and operation.
• Meet Operation Department targets for availability and reliability of Power
  Supply and Distribution equipment.
• Ensure all equipment is maintained and renewed as necessary so as to
  retain its value at the end of the franchise period.
• Assist in procuring all necessary tools and spares pertaining to the operation
  of the system.
• Plan and implement a cost effective and comprehensive maintenance
  program.
• Prepare and review maintenance contracts. Certifying outsources
  maintenance contractor’s invoices, purchase order and variation order.
• Ensure Work Instruction and all records are completed in accordance with
  approved documented procedures.
• Check and verify permit to works for Main line and Depot maintenance
  access activities.
• Lead in Failure Review and Corrective Action System.
• Responsible for the management of staff including participation in the
  selection, discipline and performance review processes.
• Responsible for the formulation of asset management plans, preparation of
  associated budgets and asset performance.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by superiors.

• Responsible for maintaining the technical standard for the PDS equipment so as to ensure the highest level of operational safety for the LRT Systems.
• To enforce Departmental Works Instruction System and all Rail related
  Safety Rules and Procedures
• Responsible for ensuring the safety of all Inventory Management staff working on or around the rail and light rapid transit system and Store areas;
• Responsible for proper material handling procedures to meet safety
  requirements.
