RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify, create, lead and establish Sales opportunities and build effective relationships with potential partners
• Develop targeted new key account relationships and drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain a strong and healthy sales pipeline to ensure that revenue targets are met and exceeded where possible.
• Establish and manage customer relationships and provide value-added services in order to generate new and repeat business.
• Liaise with marketing team to devise and implement sales campaigns.
• Channel customer feedback to the content and marketing teams to help refine the business strategies.
• You will also be required to oversee the event from initial sales process to completion of the event.
• Drive results by soliciting and securing business through proactive, consultative sales approach.
• Attend site visits, pre-conference planning meetings, and appropriate venue meetings as necessary to support the customer event experience.

• A proven track record in sales and a strong network of clientele for B2B exhibitions/events.
• Must demonstrate the ability to grow the portfolio by bringing and securing new clients and events.
• Experience in sales with proven track records of closing contracts.
• Fluency in spoken and written English to achieve effective and conclusive business negotiations.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and spoken communication skills.

• Current work location is at Braddell, with a relocation to Expo in 2024.

Job Description & Requirements

• Assist Restaurant Manager to manage all day-to-day operations of the Restaurant, Grab & Go and Workspace.
• Manage and store vendors’ contracts and invoices.
• Coordinate communication between front of the house and back of the house staff.
• Assist Restaurant Manager on Producing and Prepare employee’s duty roster and shift schedules.
• Assist to Supervise kitchen, operations staff, and provide assistance as needed.
• Arrange for new employees’ proper onboarding (scheduling trainings and ordering uniforms)
• Taking reservations and Handling customer enquiries or complaints for the Restaurant, Grab & Go, and Workspace.
• Gather guests’ feedback and recommend improvements to our menus agreeing and managing budgets.
• Assist Restaurant Manager on Planning menus, ordering supplies, overseeing stock levels.
• Promoting and marketing the business, keeping statistical and financial records.
• Problem solving, greetings and advising customers.
• Assist Restaurant Manager to keep detailed records of daily, weekly, and monthly costs and revenues.
• Preparing and presenting staffing/sales reports.
• Assist Restaurant Manager to Assess and improve profitability.
• Assist Restaurant Manager to setting targets.
• Handling all day-to-day administration and paperwork.
• Liaising with customers, employees, suppliers
• Handling of all food orders for dine-in, take away and deliveries.
• Managing orders on all take away or food delivery platforms.
• Work closely with Kitchen teams to ensure timely delivery of quality food.
• Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines.
• Assist Restaurant Manager on making improvements to the running of the business and developing the restaurant.
• Maintain a prepared, clean, and sanitary work area at all times. To ensure that all staff are compliant to the safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times.
• Always ensure compliance with all legally required hygiene and safety practices and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in the kitchen and other relevant areas.
• Ensure that food handling and hygiene regulations are followed in accordance with SFA & other governmental regulations & compliance.
• Perform any other related duties and responsibilities that may be as assigned by immediate Supervisor or Company.

• Diagnose equipment problems and implement solutions.
• Evaluate problems using validated detailed troubleshooting methods.
• Ensure record keeping/documentation in equipment tracking system
• Perform preventive maintenance.
• Perform calibrations on area tools and equipment..
• Select and use accurate test equipment and tools.
• Align with standardized procedures and guidelines.
• Stay ahead of on process and equipment procedures.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.

Monitor equipment performance and address deviations

• Extract data from applicable sources.
• Ensure reliability of data.
• Measure process metrics.
• Identify equipment inaccuracy or inefficiency.
• Communicate trends of machine performance to the day team and engineering.
• Contain deviation or inefficiencies and feedback to leadership.

Communicate information to appropriate personnel

• Provide communication between equipment team and various stakeholders.
• Communicate to and with production to relay problems, changes, or request information as needed.
• Provide feedback observations and data to the engineering group to help resolve chronic problems.

Customer Service

• Respond quickly and positively to equipment issues belonging to various stakeholders.
• Reprioritize work when business needs arise..

Continuous Improvement

• Assist engineer on overall test equipment efficiency and effectiveness improvement projects.
• Support continuous improvement tasks and projects to improve yield, safety and quality.
• Propose and implement improvement projects to desired results.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics).
• At least 2 years of experience in maintenance/manufacturing/servicing industry but fresh grads are also encouraged to apply.
• Able to understand electrical/pneumatic schematics and design drawings, manuals and procedures.
• Good team player with positive working attitude and initiative.
• Able to communicate through written and spoken English.
• Able to work 12 hours rotating shift.
