Be a part of the Corporate Secretarial team leaders who work closely with and assist the Head of Department (“HOD”) to independently provide Corporate Secretarial services to clients. The incumbent will also contribute to the development and implementation of the Corporate Secretarial strategies as well as management of the Corporate Secretarial team, facilitation, and activities with the Company.

Job scope

• Handle full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties including acting as named secretary for a portfolio of clients, company incorporations, preparation, and review of directors’/ shareholders’ resolutions, liaising with Registered Agent for incorporation of offshore companies, etc.
• Attend board meeting of clients, writing of minutes, etc
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements including meeting deadlines
• Onboard new clients in accordance with policies and procedures

Requirements:

• ICSA qualified Chartered Secretary or equivalent related qualification with at least 5 years of relevant and related working experience. Prior work experience in a corporate service provider and understanding of Trusts will be advantageous
• Experience in public unlisted entities and non-profit organisations will be a plus
• Good knowledge of relevant provisions of the Singapore Companies Act and Practices, AML/CFT requirements of registered filing agents, ACRA Bizfile and e-stamping
• Proficient in MS Office Skills and familiar with Corporate Secretarial software such as Viewpoint is an advantage
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team

• Manage and deliver demonstration costs to targets Where necessary ensure rosters meet business needs and productivity measures
• Prepare and update for review and discussion – achievement of sales targets, key business issues, opportunities, education plans, etc when required

Job Responsibility

1. Responsible for company X/YouTube/TikTok/sets/Linkedin, Facebook's platform construction, operations and customer relations maintenance, the company products/brands in overseas influence on social media;
2. Highly sensitive to market hot spots and events, quickly plan/host/participate in X Spaces according to hot spots, collaborate with the team to produce graphic and video content, including promotion copy, social media activities, advertising creativity, etc.;
3. Analyzed and mined the interests and needs of target users, maintained core KOL and fan groups, and effectively increased the number and activity of fans on multiple platforms;
4. Monitor market feedback, competitive product marketing events and hot spots related to the company in overseas communities and social media, report relevant behaviors in time, propose planning plans, and improve the awareness of the company's brand and products;
5. Participate in the strategy formulation and implementation of social media-related projects, track the effect of overseas social media promotion, periodically analyze data, evaluate the effect, and provide basis for the company's decision-making;

Job Requirement

1. Bachelor degree or above, English as a mother tongue or listening, speaking, reading and writing close to English Native;
2. Senior Crypto player, with at least three years of experience in Web3 industry and overseas new media operation, familiar with major overseas social and new media platforms and marketing operation modes such as X/TikTok/YouTube;
3. Familiar with Crypto community language, good at grasping and guiding topics, planning various online activities, and attracting fans with content and activities;
4. Ability of video script planning + editing production, independent planning + production of multiple video campaigns is preferred (please attach portfolio);

As a Sr. Implementation Manager at Visier PTE. LTD., you will be responsible for leading the implementation of Visier solutions. This involves managing project timelines, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring the successful deployment of Visier's People Analytics and Planning solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR analytics, project management, and a proven track record of successful software implementation projects.

What you'll be doing...

• Min 5 years leading the planning, execution, and delivery of Visier implementation projects within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Manage projects of large and/or complex scope; take strategic objectives and appropriately define and deliver on project and technical deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and external Visier consultants, to ensure smooth and effective integration.
• Conduct needs analysis and configure Visier solutions to meet business requirements.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure adoption and effective use of Visier analytics and planning tools.
• Monitor project progress, address any issues that arise, and adjust plans as necessary to ensure success.
• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including implementation plans, configuration notes, and training materials.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications between the company and Visier.
• Stay abreast of new Visier features and updates, and recommend enhancements to improve HR analytics and planning capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing Visier’s software platform and suite of solutions directly to enterprise-scale customers.
• In-depth knowledge of Visier’s software platform and solutions, including expertise in customizing software to meet customer needs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in project and implementation management, specifically with HR technology implementations.
• Proven track record of successful implementations of software solutions within budget and committed timelines within a growth stage software company.
• Proven track record to resolve complex issues using creative approaches and highly effective solutions.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and data.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.

The base pay range for this position in Singapore is SGD $120,000 - $140,000 / year + Bonus.

The compensation offered will be determined by factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, knowledge and skills.
