Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Data Management: Assist client managers with multidimensional client data management and provide data analysis results as required by the client managers.
2. Support Client Account Openings: Assist client managers in handling account opening processes, swiftly and accurately preparing application forms. Communicate and coordinate with various departments and teams of partner institutions to follow up on the progress of account openings, ensuring a smooth process.

Qualifications

3. Fluent in both Chinese and English is required in order to process documents and liaise with counterparties in both languages.
4. Effective communication and coordination skills.
5. Highly meticulous and patient, capable of carefully checking and verifying materials to ensure the accuracy and completeness of documents.
