Job Description:

• Grow ST Engineering SSA global market presence in the areas of Smart Security and Automation solutions, primarily in the aviation sector.
• Leverage on his / her technical and commercial expertise and experience to support the growth of the business in the region.

Some of the key responsibilities expected for this role:

• Identity and analyze the region of responsibility to identity new sales and business opportunities.
• Establish, develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Develop marketing and promotional plan such as participation of trade shows and exhibition to build brand awareness
• Develop sales strategies to meet the individuals sales targets of the region.
• Technical Experience: Be able to understand and effectively communicate the technical aspects of the company's products or services to international clients.
• Prepare tailored technical presentations to meet the clients expectations
• Monthly reporting of accurate forecasting, sales and revenue to the management team.

Experience and Qualification:

• Education: Degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 5 years proven experience in international technical sales, strong negotiator and understanding of responsible regions culture and structure.
• Skills: Technically savvy with excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Oversees the BIM process in a design or construction organization.
• Implementing and maintaining BIM standards, processes, and workflows.
• Coordinating and collaborating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of BIM data
• Training and educating project team members on BIM technology and workflows.
• Troubleshooting and resolving BIM-related issues and conflicts.
• Developing and maintaining BIM documentation and reports.
• Ensuring compliance with BIM project requirements, standards, and regulations.
• Ensuring that BIM execution plans are produced and maintained for each project.

Requirement

• Relevant Diploma/Degree in Engineering field
• Posses relevant certification recognized by BCA
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in similar capacity
• Expert knowledge of BIM technology, software, and workflows
• Strong project management and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in BIM software programs such as Revit, AutoCAD
• Experience in LTA / MRT projects is advantageous

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the smooth running of restaurant operations
• Ability in handling customers feedback and ensuring a high standard of service
• Responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness of the restaurant dining area
• Manage staff discipline, presentation and performance
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry preferably in a managerial role
• Able to work on weekends/public holidays and shift work
• Service oriented and passionate working in F&B industry
• PC literate, well organized and self-motivated
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
