• Partner closely with the Head of Growth to define, implement, and optimize growth strategies for the payment segment, supporting day-to-day business operations.
• Build and secure high-value partnerships with merchants, channel partners, remittance service providers, on/off-ramp providers, and other payment solution providers.
• Collaborate with the product development team to design and deliver world-class payment solutions tailored for blockchain and crypto ecosystems.
• Act as the central point of coordination among partners and internal stakeholders to successfully launch innovative payment products that drive user adoption and value creation.
• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best practices for the Payment division, ensuring operational efficiency and excellence.

Required Qualifications:

• Tertiary degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Sports Management or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in community management, partnership development, sports management or similar role

• Strong networking capabilities and Project management experience
• Unique personal sporting, adventure and community experience will be a plus
