• Plan, coordinate, and manage cloud migration projects from on-premises to AWS, ensuring that project objectives, timelines, and budgets are met. • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business requirements. • Work closely with solution architects, cloud architects, infrastructure teams, and vendors to execute the migration strategy. • Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. • Manage the development and execution of migration roadmaps, including application, database, and data migration. • Lead project teams in the identification of dependencies, bottlenecks, and resource needs to ensure timely delivery. • Ensure compliance with AWS cloud security standards, policies, and best practices. • Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans to senior management and stakeholders. • Monitor post-migration performance and ensure operational stability and optimization of AWS cloud infrastructure.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. • At least 8 years of experience in managing IT projects, preferably experience in GCC migration. • Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services, including EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, and security best practices. • Experience in managing large-scale infrastructure migration projects, particularly from on-premises to cloud environments. • Proven track record in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies. • Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies. • Experience with cloud automation tools, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation) is a plus. • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Overall experience of 15+ years with recent experience in Project Management implementing large-scale projects managing the end-to-end technical delivery, including scope, cost, quality, and time management; stakeholder communications; risk, issue, and dependency management; and project reporting and governance.
• Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and other project-related documentation to ensure effective communication among stakeholders and project team members.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues related to technical deliverables, proactively resolving any roadblocks to ensure project success.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines across all development activities.
• Provide regular updates on project progress, highlighting key milestones, risks, and issues to relevant stakeholders.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Key Requirements:

• Between 6-8 years of working experience in various SAS tools like SAS VIYA, SAS VA, SAS DI and other related technologies
• Working experience in any Credit Portfolio Management application / tool
• Certification in any SAS tool
• Good understanding and experience in Software Development Life Cycle
• Experience of working in a vendor environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• A strong & assertive communicator in speaking & writing Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills.

Job Requirement

• Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience.
• Experience in digital marketing/online platform content creation
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Possess good presentation and interpersonal skills
• Expertise in MS Office, Photoshop, Canva, Adobe and other relevant visual creation software is mandatory.
