The Pest Control Manager oversees pest management operations. He/She may manage multiple sites or projects concurrently and is able to manage resources effectively. Responsibilities

1. Classify the received Parts into self-repair/outside-repair/Stage/Scrap/Return and place them on the corresponding racks of each Category, and convert the ePMS Level 1 order into a Level 2 order.
2. Open bidding and repair the Parts to be sent to the manufacturer for repair, and convert the ePMS second-level order into a third-level order and issue a warehouse receipt.
3. Each unit listed on the front of the maintenance will be sent to the Parts for repair, and after completion, the ePMS secondary order will be converted into a closed case and returned to the warehouse
4. FAB Urgent case support : The original factory has no ingredients, or the unit price is very high and the seasoning is urgently needed
5. Track and manage the progress of the repaired items sent by the manufacturer for repair, and control the Parts Repair work for Cycle time; provide USER query
6. Key/Special Component Sourcing (for Parts that are discontinued or unreasonably priced).
7. Parts Sourcing / Replacement Solution for Old Discontinued Machines

Qualifications

1. Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
2. Minimum 2 years relevant work experience in semiconductor related technology equipment maintenance.
3. Knowledge of Servo control loop will be an advantage.
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Able to work independently and able to handle stress effectively.

Job scope:

• Operate and maintain advanced probe card analyzers and QA equipment, ensuring compliance with operational standards and functionality benchmarks.
• Prepare, debug, and validate test files for probe card certification, ensuring alignment with precise technical specifications and quality criteria.
• Conduct in-depth investigations and resolve probe card related issues,employing a methodical approach to diagnose root cause and implement corrective measures.
• Engage proactively with relevant departments to maintain QA readiness for all certification processes, ensuring seamless coordination on quality-related challenges.
• Serve as a liaison with headquarters and customers on new certification processes, offering technicial updates and managing expectations effectively.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, leveraging industry insights to enhance operational efficiency and quality outcomes.
• Take on supplementary duties as required, supporting the team in achieving project goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum a Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Knowledge in wafer testing or probe card is an advantage
• Good communication and written skills
• Able to start within short notice will be an advantage

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review and perform month end closing and consolidation reporting
• Review supporting schedules, including month-end and year-end closing
• Prepare statutory financial statements, management reports and Group reporting
• Prepare annual budget, monitor cash flow and prepare monthly forecast
• Prepare GST returns, assist in Corporate Tax filing for the assigned companies
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents and external service provider
• Manage ad-hoc projects when assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Degree holder with Chartered Accountant certification
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience and experience in audit/group consolidation is an advantage
• Proficient in English and Mandarin (both spoken and written) to liaise with business partners in Hong Kong
• Candidates with accounting background in listed companies / MNCs / Big 4 are preferred
• Team player who is pro-active, self-motivated and able to work independently in a dynamic environment
• Strong technical accounting background
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge in internal controls and statutory regulations

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish / optimize infrastructure design and enhance existing processes to meet business goals

• Plan and coordinate the functions of Infrastructure, Network and EUC

• Identify customer and operational needs of multiple on-premises and cloud-based solutions, serving as a subject-matter expert and trusted source to management, supervising and evaluating the performance of assigned staff

• Oversee and deliver reliable IT infrastructure, Network, and EUC operations with established metrics, KPIs and SLOs

• Maintain and evaluate Lifecycle management of infrastructure hardware

• Deliver operational excellence and infrastructure best practices for both on-prem and Azure setup

• Identify hardware, software, external service cost estimates, and resource requirements to meet assigned project scopes and objectives.

• Works closely with internal users, partners to proactively manage all Infrastructure, Network and EUC topics and requests

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Studies or Information Technology or related discipline

• Strong knowledge of hardware and networking

• Minimum 8 years experience

• Ability to work in a team as well as independently

• Ability to communicate across different functions and levels of audiences

• Effective at acquiring an understanding of a problem or situation, with good problem-solving skill.

• Fundamental Cybersecurity knowledge on perimeter defense

• Knowledge in OT setup is an advantage

• Knowledge in architectural and construction industry is an advantage
