• Set up and operate digital and screen printing machines for the production of container lids, tissues, PP/PET cups, and paper bags according to job specifications and production schedules.

Material Handling:

• Select and load materials (cups, lids, tissues, paper bags) onto printing machines.

Ink Preparation:

• Prepare and mix inks, ensuring proper viscosity and color consistency.

Printing Quality Control:

• Adjust machine settings (color, pressure, speed, alignment) to achieve optimal print results.
• Monitor the printing process to ensure products meet quality standards (color consistency, print alignment, finish quality).
• Conduct regular inspections of printed materials and adjust machine settings as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve print defects or issues.

Machine Maintenance:

Production Efficiency:

Pre-press Support:

REQUIREMENTS.
