Purpose of Job

The Head of Community Services & Programmes will lead, plan and organise YWCA’s community services programmes. He/She will engage and collaborate with community stakeholders, facilitate strategic partnerships with partners, donors and sponsors, as well as oversee fundraising and member engagement. He/She will supervise the Division’s budget and monitor programme policies and procedures to ensure strong impact to our beneficiaries and high standards of compliance and governance with charity regulations.

Key Responsibilities Areas

Programmes

• Develop strategies to increase community engagement and cultivate partnerships with stakeholders.
• Build and grow relationships with community organizations, programme partners, grassroots organisations, sponsors and stakeholders, and identify opportunities for collaboration.
• Undertake strategic analysis of programme mandate to ensure that YWCA stays relevant in addressing evolving community needs. Plan, develop and implement programmes addressing these needs. Monitor programme budgets, plan resources and evaluate effectiveness of impact and programme outcomes.
• Review and approve programme assistance to beneficiaries. Ensure that the services and programmes meet the performance indicators and operating guidelines.
• Oversee timely submissions to grant and programme sponsors, and conduct outcome-based evaluations of programme effectiveness.

Fundraising & Donor Engagement

• Work with Marcomms and Fundraising team to develop fundraising plans, including staffing ground events such as flag day, fundraising carnivals and charity dinners, as well as managing online campaigns and digital fundraising platforms.
• Manage donor and partner relationships and source for programme level sponsorship.

YWCA Membership & Volunteer Management

• Responsible for overseeing programmes to support YWCA Members. The aim of membership is to drive engagement and outreach to our community programmes and to develop a good base of volunteers and supporters for YWCA’s causes.
• Establish, plan and implement ideas for volunteer recruitment and retention, including volunteer management policies and processes such as volunteer selection, training, engagement and evaluation of volunteer programme.

Management & Leadership

• Prepare and manage annual budget for YWCA’s community programmes.
• Prepare management reports and perform secretariat duties to Committees and the YWCA Board.
• Represent YWCA when dealing with governmental authorities, social services agencies or with the public.
• Manage a team of community outreach staff and social enterprise volunteers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in social services sector or non-profit organisation, community outreach, partnership building, fundraising, or programme development.
• Strong track record in delivering community impact and in engaging with community work or in working with beneficiaries from vulnerable backgrounds.
• Prior experience in leadership position, managing teams of programme executives.
• Prior experience in managing databases to track impact and results: membership database, volunteer management database, donors database.

• Drive Defect Improvement program, both tactical and innovation so that we have BIC (best in class) defect performance.

• Establish and maintain alignment of BKM and work on improvement with the site and is expected to help support different Micron sites when there is a need.

Strategic Leadership
-Assist in providing a “vision” for the Central Team organization and how the CPIE group aligns to that vision.

-Lead cross-functional initiatives or enabling projects that support MLT and Company objectives.
-Work with peers and site functional managers to agree on a common direction on global initiatives and strategic projects.

Tactical Leadership
-Provide yourself as a “conduit” between the MFG RAM Defect Engineering team with key partners such as Process Equipment Engineering/ Equipment Engineering, Manufacturing, Process Integration / Yield Enhancement and Technology Development

-Provide tactical support to the Fab as the need arises for issues of yield, defect performance, cost, and quality.
-Coordinate issues between Fabs upon request.

Requirements :

- Masters/Bachelors Degree in Engineering or relevant field of experience,

Maximizes yield by working on tools, the process, or wafer fabrication recipes. Troubleshoots wafer fabrication problems and performs root cause analysis. Works with other process areas to understand and control process deviations. Long-term investigation of defect issues may require extensive work with shift engineering and other functional areas. Evaluates products to ensure they meet the required design and performance specifications. Roles and Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Packer & Logistics Assistant, key responsibilities will include:

• Keep close track of inventory and ensure timely purchase of goods when required.
• Process online orders daily and work with colleagues to ensure goods are packed on time.
• Plan and organise packing schedule for part-time staff as and when necessary.
• Pack, stock, organise and re-arrange products in warehouse, ensure warehouse premises is neat and clean.

Responsibilities

As an Engineering & Business Development Intern, you will be responsible for designing and presenting customised engineering systems to the company’s prospective clients and ensuring deliverables of the system. You will be contributing to the Engineering team in the following key areas:

Engineering:

• Understand the process of microtunneling and pipe jacking, and its supporting equipment supply scope, such as the automatic bentonite lubrication system, slurry management system, gyro navigation and more.

• Understand customers’ project requirements and assist in designing and proposing suitable systems/solutions.

• Support the engineering team in providing technical information to potential clients.

• Support the engineering team in ensuring all deliverables of the system are achieved during and after setup.

Business Development:

• Source new products that will help to enhance our product offerings and value-add (e.g. chemicals, new equipment or parts for relevant industries).

• Research on relevant engineering systems/solutions across the world and present applicable solutions for construction projects in Singapore and Southeast Asia.

Job Summary

As the Clinic Manager of Sin Kang TCM Clinic, you play a vital function as the connexion between Sin Kang, and our customers. You will oversee the daily operations of the clinic, including the management of manpower, logistics, revenue, customer service delivery, administrative excellence, and clinical training for clinic staff. A core member of the Clinical Team, reporting to Operations Manager of Sin Kang, you will be required to collaborate with various internal stakeholders in order to ensure that Sin Kang’s business and products are accurately represented in the market.

Key Responsibilities

Clinic Operations

• Responsible for daily operations of these service points, including front counter services, administrative, and operational matters, and partnering all clinic staff, TCM Physicians and backend operation team to solve system and process issues.
• Responsible for daily clinical meeting with all staff before any clinic operations.
• Provide essential support to all levels in the Clinic when required, and responsible in ensuring good workplace behaviour and identify issues and use resources to resolve.
• Supervise and manage the clinic’s appointment calendar.
• Establish and administer clinic specific policies and oversee system standard work.
• Maintain consistent SOP protocols for various tasks such as patient registration, queue management, medication dispensing, invoicing, and payment collection, claim submission, drug inventory management, and general cleanliness.
• Manage the financial and administrative aspects of the clinic, such as clinic facilities, equipment, medical supplies, and resources in relation to cost management, organising files and information, as well as maintaining accurate records of petty cash and billings.
• Responsible for inventory management. Evaluates stock levels of supplies and oversees repair or replacement of equipment and supplies.
• Responsible in providing innovative solutions to address all clinic operational shortcomings and escalation workflow to Operations Manager, when required.
• Build relationships with all stakeholders, engendering trust, confidence, loyalty, awareness, and mutual benefits.

Revenue, Finance and Corporate Governance

• Responsible for achieving the weekly and monthly sales revenue and financial targets for the clinical services assigned and be responsible for developing and carrying out business plans in conjunction with Operations Manager, and heads of departments/divisions to ensure that revenue goals are reached.
• Scope of business management includes clinic’s annual financial budgeting and regular reviews with all heads of departments/divisions, TCM Physicians, and development of new treatment services.
• Devise, implement and report all monthly clinic and staff’s sales revenue performance indicators and goals.
• Support and implement all business development and marketing campaigns planned for the Clinic.
• Ensure compliance with guidelines set by the Ministry of Health (MOH), Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board (TCMPB).
• Implement clinical administrative policies and initiate actions to enhance patient care programmes.

Service Excellence Management

• Collaborate with other department teams to ensure a positive experience for patients along the continuum of care.
• Provide quality service to patients including but not limited to answering queries and following-up over phone calls.
• Responsible for achieving customer satisfaction targets in partnership with the Operations Manager.
• Responsible for devising innovative ways to continually improve clinic service levels and ensuring great hospitality and total customer satisfaction.
• Communicate & resolve all patient queries & complaints in a professional manner & establish strong customer relationship with all patients/customers.
• Guide and support participation in patient care delivery regularly.
• Execute clinical administrative policies and initiate action to enhance patient care programmes.

People and Resource Management

• Understand future staffing requirements and create, execute and support clinical staff recruitment and retention strategies with Operations Manager and HR Manager.
• Identify position specific job responsibilities and core competencies to create clear job descriptions.
• Manage a team of TCM Physicians, patient relations officers, and therapists, providing customer services in service points, ensuring smooth and efficient clinical operations, conduct appraisals for these staff.
• Responsible for ensuring that all clinic staff receive appropriate induction, orientation, and training so that they possess appropriate skills and knowledge to carry out their jobs.
• Manage and allocate manpower rostering at clinic.
• Keep and monitor staff records and time attendance to include leave and sick days.
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• This role is a direct reporting to Operations Manager.
• Minimum requirement of GCE O Level, Diploma or Degree Holder will be a plus.
• At least 2 – 3 years of relevant work experience, with practical aspects of TCM Clinic/Aesthetics/ SPA operations is an added advantage.
• Knowledge in TCM would be an added advantage.
• Proven performance with strong track record in personal & clinic sales will be an added advantage.
• Proven performance with strong track record in supervisory experience and ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• A team player, ability to exercise initiative, manage pressure, multi-task, and work independently in a fast-paced TCM, Beauty & Wellness environment.
• Good communication skills (both verbal and written in English and Mandarin) and excellent interpersonal skills, for daily communication with Mandarin-speaking patients and colleagues.
• Meticulous and analytical, possess good organisational, resourceful, problem-solving, co-ordination and communication skills.
• Excellent Office 365 skills, such as Spreadsheet, Words, and PowerPoint.
• Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays.
