Job Responsibilities:
Performing offset calibrations for the laser machine: You will receive comprehensive training on our laser systems and will be responsible for conducting offset calibrations to ensure precise and accurate manufacturing processes.
Creating recipes based on manufacturing requirements: Collaborating with our engineering team, you will develop optimized recipes customized to the specific needs of each manufacturing order, ensuring high-quality output.
Identifying process problems and developing solutions: You will actively monitor and analyze the manufacturing process, identifying any issues or inefficiencies. You will then work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective solutions, improving overall process performance.
Conducting screen printing: Besides laser-related tasks, you will contribute to screen printing operations, ensuring efficient production processes and maintaining quality standards.
Qualifications:
Educational background: We are looking for fresh graduates with a degree in Chemical Engineering, Material Science Engineering, or a related field. We welcome individuals eager to apply their theoretical knowledge in a practical manufacturing environment.
Technical expertise: While prior experience is not mandatory, a strong foundation in engineering principles and a willingness to learn about laser machines, offset calibration and screen printing are highly desirable.
