-Coordinate and communicate with all stakeholders (customers, suppliers, etc.)

-Advising the buying teams & deciders of companies

-Present monthly sales performance reports to management

-Follow up on the monthly AP & AR report to make sure accurate payment transaction

-Regular meetings with Marketing and Sales management to evaluate personal sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Roadmap Management: Create and maintain a product roadmap that prioritizes features based on user feedback, market demand, and business objectives.
• Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate product updates, roadmap changes, and strategic initiatives to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in mobile applications within the healthcare or wellness sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in related field from highly reputed universities.
• Strong understanding of mobile app development processes, user experience design principles, and data analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed product decisions.
• Experience with health technology products or services is a plus. Familiarity with regulatory requirements in healthcare is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial experience or involvement in startup initiatives is highly appreciated.

Fully responsible for the day to day operation of the building / condominium.

· Supervise and coordinate all maintenance and administrative staff assigned to the building / condominium

· Carry out all maintenance functions to the highest standard expected for the client and the subsidiary proprietors.

· Leads a team of personnel of providing maintenance, finance, security, fire safety and car park management.

· Ensure all contract works/ routine servicing are carried out accordingly as specified in their contracts agreement.

· Review all contracts, agreements and insurance before their expiry and recommend renewal or call for quotation / tender.

· Co-ordinate council meetings and general meetings.

· Estate Management diploma / degree preferred.

· Conversant in Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act.

· Strong communication and negotiation skill.

· Ability to handle pressure and multiple tasks.

· Good administrative and Computer literacy.

· Mature and outgoing personality.

Manage the full spectrum of HR management functions (manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, training & development, policies review, payroll verification, monthly HR reports, etc)
Handle the full spectrum of recruitment and hiring process of management staff and workers, including work pass matters
Provide HR direction and support to the management team
Plan, budget, and execute employee welfare program
Check, reconcile and validate to ensure all payroll transactions and claims are processed accurately and timely
Process accurate and timely reports for submission to IRAS, CPF, and other relevant authorities
Ensure compliance with regulations with CPF, IRAS, MOM, WDA, and other agencies
Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, correspondence, and other HR-related documentation
Create and maintain data, from employee data files, exit interviews, turnover statistics, and absenteeism reports to identify trends, training needs and supervisory issues
Manage WDA training grants, course registration, and all training record
Manage insurance renewal
Manage employee exit/resignation process including conducting exit interviews
Work with managers to provide advice, assistance, and follow-up on employee inquiries relating to administrative support, employee benefits, HR policies and practices
Work across boundaries and cultures to ensure compliance with HR processes and procedures
Review and take responsibility for improving service quality and processes
Provide assistance and administrative support to any other HR project and duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Possess a Master/Degree in Human Resource Management
Minimum 1 years of related working experience in a related field
Must be bilingual in English & Chinese to liaise with Chinese-speaking internal/external personnel
