MARKETING MANAGER

The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, development and implementation of YOTEL Singapore Orchard Road, digital and offline marketing strategies.

Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for creating, implementing and measuring the success of the hotel’s marketing strategies and activities
• Ensure that the Organization regularly conducts relevant market research and coordinate and oversee this activity. Monitor trends.
• Leads projects as assigned, such as cause-related marketing and special events.
• Plan and provide content (video shots, photo shoots etc) to enhance local website pages
• Plan and execute local email and social media campaigns
• Maintain our social media presence
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights, and provide input to support central digital agency
• Work closely with F&B and Sales on marketing for promotional content
• Develop interesting promotions to enable F&B and Sales to optimise sales and revenue
• Identify complimentary partnership opportunities to grow the equity of the Hotel, leveraging on partner’s marketing programmes
• Identify opportunities to create awareness of the Hotel, services and to eventually drive traffic to our Hotel and maximise revenue opportunities
