This role is focused on implementing BIM strategies, ensuring digital delivery, and coordinating 4D and 5D BIM models to integrate design, cost, and scheduling information effectively.

JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)

• Develop and maintain a project-specific BIM Execution Plan to define the BIM objectives, deliverables, responsibilities, and procedures for each project phase.
• Implement and enforce compliance with BIM standards and protocols (e.g., ISO 19650, PAS 1192) to ensure quality and consistency in model creation, data management, and coordination.
