We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Store Manager to join our fast growing team. You will also be responsible for:

• Store Operations:
  Manage and oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.

• Compliance and Security:
  Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and legal regulations, including health and safety standards.

  Address and resolve any compliance or security issues promptly and effectively.
• Reporting and Administration:
  Prepare and submit regular reports on store performance, sales, inventory, and staff activities to upper management.
  Manage store documentation, including employee records, financial reports, and inventory records.
  Participate in meetings and collaborate with other store managers and regional managers to share best practices and address business needs.

• 3-5 years of retail management experience or equivalent, including experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on delivering a positive shopping experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and retail management software (e.g., POS systems).

Job Description:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for commercial vehicles, including market analysis, forecasting, and competitive positioning.

· Ensure daily opening and closing duties in the outlet are properly executed

Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• In-depth knowledge and experience with managing Private Education compliance processes and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards in Singapore.
• At least 5 years of experience in academic partnerships, strategic planning, or business development, with a background in the education sector preferred.
• Strong understanding of global higher education markets and programs.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills, with a proven track record of cross-functional collaboration.

- Lead a team of insolvency professionals in the day-to-day administration of insolvency and corporate restructuring engagements

- Liaise with various stakeholders such as creditors and regulatory bodies relevant to the insolvency engagements

- Support the Liquidator in his investigation into the affairs of wound-up companies and the recovery of assets for distribution

Role:

• Manage the daily operations of the language centre
• Manage teachers schedules and plan courses based on demand, availability and other constraints
