Platform & Data Operations establishes the functional organization of FSDs platforms. By this we mean to establish the best choice of platforms to operate, which system best fits the operational needs to perform a specific business process. Key responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of clients.

• Act as advisor to clients on corporate secretarial matters.
• Provide good client service ensuring clients receive prompt responses to requests and queries.

Key requirements

• Degree / Diploma / Graduate of ICSA or currently pursuing ICSA course.
• At least six years of relevant working experience in corporate secretarial.
• Good understanding of Singapore Companies Act.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, written and customer service skills.
• A leader and team player with a can-do attitude with strong initiatives and minimum supervision from the Management.

As the Creative Event Manager, you will lead the ideation, planning, and execution of memorable events that foster fun and learning to children and families. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and exceptional project management skills to produce unique and impactful experiences.

As the Creative Manager, you will oversee all aspects of event production, from concept development and vendor coordination to budget management and post-event analysis.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Event Conceptualization and Planning:

• Develop and present original, creative concepts and contents tailored to the goals of each event, ensuring alignment with the Company’s brand and objectives.
• Develop original, themed event concepts that captivate children and appeal to families.
• Plan seasonal activities (e.g., holiday festivals, summer camps, birthday parties) and ensure they align with the brand’s vision and child-friendly standards.

2. Creative Engagement:

• Incorporate innovative themes, content, decor, and interactive elements.
• Design interactive elements, such as games, crafts, and performances, that promote learning through play.
• Stay updated on trends in children’s activities to integrate fresh, age-appropriate ideas.

3. Planning and Execution:

• Plan and execute end-to-end event logistics, including venue selection, scheduling, permits, and on-site coordination.
• Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure seamless event delivery.

4. Budget Management:

• Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency while maintaining quality standards.

5. Vendor and Partner Management:

7. Post-Event Analysis:

Job Requirements:

1. At least 5 years’ experience in event management, with a focus on creative and large-scale events.

2. Experience within the children’s entertainment, education, or recreational industry is a bonus.

3. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.

4. Exceptional creativity and attention to detail.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and clients.

6. Proficiency in event management software, design tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

7. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

8. Familiarity with budgeting, contract negotiations, and vendor relationships.

9. Knowledge of current trends in the events and entertainment industry.

Duties

• To market the company range of services to customers in the Asia Pacific Region and to assist the formulation of marketing strategies to achieve sales targets allocated. 
• To work on the preparation of quotes/proposals/agreements and contract liaison with customers on quotes/proposals approval and negotiate final terms and conditions with customers to be provided. 
• To assist the Marketing Manager/Director in the preparation of annual sales and marketing expenses budget. 
• To achieve sales targets as well as Department PO2 targets. (CIP, HSE included) 
• Implement prevention programmes within their activities, ensuring their team members remain informed and play an active role in contributing to HSE development, and seeing that all actions taken help to achieve improvement objectives.
• Assist in preparation of responses to RFPs from the Global Sales Teams and Customers outside of APAC. 
• To manage our Business Partners and ensure Trade Compliance requirements and processes are done and met. 
• Any other duties as assigned.
