Key Responsibilities

Event Management:

• Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all events at COTU, including corporate functions, social gatherings, and internal initiatives.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and ensure their event expectations are exceeded.
• Manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics, ensuring flawless delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, catering, and AV) and external vendors to ensure smooth execution.

Marketing & Promotions:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote COTU’s event offerings and drive bookings.
• Create compelling promotional content for EDMs, social media, and other channels.
• Build partnerships with relevant brands and organizations to expand COTU’s event portfolio.

Client Relations:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the event lifecycle.
• Build strong relationships with corporate and individual clients to foster repeat business.
• Address inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.

Reporting & Optimization:

• Track and report on event performance, marketing ROI, and customer satisfaction.
• Use data insights to refine strategies, improve processes, and increase revenue.

Requirements

• Experience: 1+ years in event management, marketing, or related roles.
• Skills: Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
