Responsibilities
- Drive and Deliver Brand Transformation of Local Jewels for APAC OPCOs – Iconic brands like Kingfisher, Bintang etc.
- Partner and set up external agency network for success with our creative, packaging agencies
- Translate consumer work into clear brand in a bottle, brand strategy, communication and activation blueprint, and co- lead creative translations
- Assess OPCO and Region needs to develop a fit for purpose capability plan
- Co- create, launch and embed the capability programs in the region
- Contribute to the global brand transformation agenda
Experience
- More than 12 to 15 years of experience in building, transforming brands
- Worked across countries in country, region or global roles
- Right and Left brained – able to marry art and science
- Driven to deliver with excellence and solve problems in ambiguous situations
- Nurturing mindset that is collaborative and focused on growth
