JOB SUMMARY

RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS

· Oversee business continuity of all store operations, working together with the Operations Manager/Executive.

· Lead and manage operation team, front and back-of-house staffs across the assigned retail outlet to deliver high level of product and service excellence in accordance with the company’s strategic.

· Develop and direct company’s overall budget planning strategy, goals and cost saving practices.

Reporting to the Area Manager, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Manage and ensure smooth operation of the food court (aircon/ non-aircon)
