Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role of M&E Manager located in Singapore in the Main Construction industry. The M&E Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the mechanical and electrical systems of building construction projects. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing M&E systems in building construction projects
• Experience managing a team of professionals, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Familiarity with Building and Construction Authority (BCA) regulations and codes
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience with AutoCAD and other relevant software
