What You’ll Do

• Responsible for the day-to-day running of influencer campaigns, from identification and implementation, overseeing and reporting.

Position Summary

Responsibilities

Job Requirements & Attributes

• A minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in events, marketing and experience managing teams and owning a P&L

Responsibilities:

Corporate Tax Compliance:

• Oversee and manage the preparation and review of corporate tax returns for a portfolio of clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure compliance with corporate tax regulations, including the filing of tax returns, tax computations, and other tax-related documents.
• Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring that clients are informed and their tax strategies are adjusted accordingly.

Tax Advisory & Planning:

• Provide proactive tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities and enhance tax efficiency for clients.
• Advise on the tax implications of mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, and other corporate transactions.

Client Relationship Management:

Tax Audits & Dispute Resolution:

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with other departments within the firm, such as audit and advisory, to deliver integrated solutions for clients.

Team Leadership & Development:

• Supervise, mentor, and train junior staff in the corporate tax team, ensuring their professional growth and development.

Research & Technical Analysis:

Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or relevant discipline preferably with a professional qualification as recognised by SCTP
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate tax, with experience in a mid-tier or Big 4 tax firm preferred.
• Must be familiar with Singapore Tax guidelines.
• Strong understanding of corporate tax laws, regulations, and tax accounting.

• Build and maintain client relationships and act as primary fund administration client relationship manager for fund accounting and other related services
• Be actively involved in business development to pitch for new client engagements
• Set up the fund administrative services workflow and best practices, including evaluation of any fund accounting software where necessary
• To handle all fund accounting activities which includes periodic financial statements, partner allocations, NAV calculations, annual reporting requirement, and capital activity statements etc

Job Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, CA or professional qualifications
