SCOPE OF WORK

• Creative Conceptualisation: Drive innovative design concepts and themes for luxury and lifestyle events and exhibitions that captivate audiences. Initiate and lead group ideation sessions
• Output: Design and produce creative 3D renderings, highly detailed layout plans, elevation drawings and technical drawings
• Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of designers
• Team Supervision: Oversee the design workflow for events and branded exhibitions, including 3D renderings, layouts, technical drawings and shop drawings of the design team
• Resource Planning: Projects allocation for the design team to ensure efficient turnaround
• Inter-department Collaboration: Work closely with our account servicing team and production team in ensuring the design is aligned with the client’s requirements from conceptualization to production, and also ensuring budget alignment for designs
• Vendors Liaison: Communicate closely with vendors and contractors to ensure seamless execution of design elements and production details
• Site Assessments: Attend site visits and inspections to assess venue requirements and develop spatial layouts and designs that optimize the attendee experience
• Mentorship: Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to members of the design team, fostering their growth and skill development
• Timeline Management: Able to manage personal workload, delegate tasks to design team effectively, prioritize team workloads, and oversee project timeline to ensure timely delivery of design deliverables
• External Agencies & Freelancers Management: Managing workflow with external freelancers when specialized skills or additional resources are needed

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Exhibition Design, or a related field
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in lifestyle, luxury, fashion, or experiential event design
• Advanced skills in spatial planning, 3D modelling, and visualization, with expertise in photorealistic rendering techniques
• A dedication to creativity and a keen eye for aesthetics
• Strong portfolio of creative 3D design work and detailed technical drawings
• Proven track record in leading and managing creative teams; strong leadership anmentorship abilities
• Good understanding of clients’ brand strategy and design alignment for luxury and lifestyle brands
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to pitch ideas and concepts to high-profile clients and internal teams
• Proficiency in design software such as 3ds Max, Adobe Creative Cloud software, SketchUp, and AutoCAD
• Demonstrated ability to balance multiple projects, applying both creative vision and practical logistics
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with a passion for delivering elevated, impactful design.

* Take charge of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness assurance within the outlet operations

• Support the team with regional meetings, advisory boards, promotional/educational events at major congresses, and internal business meetings (physical/virtual).
• Coordinate with key stakeholders to align events with commercial goals

• Collaborate with suppliers (creative/media agencies, production houses, event companies) to ensure timely event execution.
• Assist in achieving attendee interaction targets for virtual events.

Job Title : GST Assistant Manager / Manager (Account Department)

As a GST Assistant Manager, you will oversee and manage Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance, ensuring timely and accurate filings in accordance with regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities will include preparing and reviewing GST returns, reconciling tax data, addressing audits and notices, and advising on GST implications for business transactions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with financial and legal standards while staying updated on evolving tax laws. The role demands strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and ensure the smooth running of GST team.
• Review GST Report.
• Review the accuracy of the tax schemes and the supporting documents of the transactions.
• Review Compilation of GST Report.
• E-filing of GST Return quarterly.
• Conduct GST training.
