The Riot Operations Center (ROC) provides 24/7 live response for issues that impact our players. The ROC maintains three sites around the world to provide this coverage, and each site must be able to act independently while keeping its processes and direction aligned with those of the ROC as a whole. What will I be doing?

· As the Guest Experience Executive, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
