• Provide support in the daily eldercare operations
• Manage communications between elderly clients, caregivers, next-of-kins and facilitate resolving of various matters and issues.

- Must be able to work nights shift and on weekends.

- Recruiting, training and supervising staff.

- Managing budgets.

- Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation.

- Overseeing stock levels and ordering supplies.

- Handling customer feedback.

- Preparing and presenting staffing/sales reports.

- Liaising with customers, employees, suppliers, licensing authorities and sales representatives.

- Making improvements to the running of the business and developing the restaurant.

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.
• Manage production schedules, ensuring timely delivery and product quality.
• Supervise operational teams, providing leadership and guidance to improve performance.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and food quality regulations.

• Proven experience in operations management, ideally in food manufacturing.

1. Planning and scheduling manpower for day-to-day operations
2. Follow up and keep an update to customer request and feedbacks
3. Work closely with the sales manager and providing accurate schedule to them
4. Send out reminder text/call to customer daily
5. Resolving daily situation if any
6. Responsible for staff performance & discipline
7. Tabulate worker OT and submit to HR monthly
8. Prepare and compile monthly reports to relevant client
9. Prepare new staff on-boarding and off-boarding
10. Monitor training and development needs
11. Other related duties as assigned

Need to oversee the whole operation for cleaning , worker schedule arrangement . Arrange for suitable course for workers to attend . Costing of the work. Bring in new project to increase company revenue . Workers safety must also be maintain. recruitment of new workers be it local or oversea to do the work properly .

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 months commitment
• Strong verbal communication skills and love speaking to crowds
• Outgoing, people-oriented, positive attitude, and great customer service
• Comfortable with physically demanding job scope; sporty
• Proficient with basic digital tools (e.g. Google Suites, Zoom, Google Meets, etc)
• No prior experience is required
• Class 3/3A driver’s license (not required but preferred)
• Students and Fresh Graduates are all welcome to apply
