The Account Manager will be a key point of contact for clients, in-house production team and external vendors (if any). They must have the ability to create or act on new opportunities and maintain strong, influential, and collaborative relationships with both clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Own, strategize, plan, create, schedule and distribute content with boosted posts and paid media; Optimize ad spends daily to achieve maximum efficiency for ad spend globally
• Forge strong relationships with clients and be the primary point of contact for key activities
• Collaborate with internal marketing and content/production teams to generate advertising assets including video, graphics, ad copy, and landing page URLs in order to create and deliver best-in-class social media and content-driven campaigns for our clients
• Point of liaison with clients on approval of campaigns and content; understanding their changing needs and adapting our approach to social media management for them accordingly
• Manage advertising calendars and project-manage advertising materials
• Deep-dive into social media analytics in order to gather actionable insights and generate monthly reports
• Manage the community and monitor online conversations; monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
• Traffic ad campaigns and build in ad serving platforms (Ad Manager, google analytics etc)
• Conduct A/B tests in ads to understand contributing factors that drive the business forward
• Stay up-to-date on industry changes to ensure our clients are always ahead of the curve on digital and social trends

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong knowledge of Ad management platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok) and experience in running ad campaigns
• Minimum 2 years experience working directly for an advertiser, agency, ad tech or social media platform
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; effectively communicate with internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization, vendors and team members
• Ability to create compelling ad copy specific to the identified target audiences
• Superior collaboration and teamwork skills; experience working with cross-functional teams
• Project management experience and adaptability: Ability to re-prioritize while operating within a fast paced environment, while continuously maintaining attention to detail, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
• Must be a positive, hardworking and self-motivated person
• Intermediate level in MS office software (Excel, Powerpoint) and/or Google for Work products (Google analytics, Sheets, Slides) and data analysis tools (MySQL)
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred by not essential

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all project work activities to ensure effective execution.
• Handle project administration, including information dissemination, milestone tracking, and deliverable management. Input and manage data in databases, and prepare key documents like Project Management Plans, timelines (MS Project and Excel), SOW, acceptance tests, and completion certificates.
• Manage projects from requirements definition to deployment, including schedule planning, scope definition, budgeting, and risk management.
• Handle procurement and collaborate with various functional teams.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Infocomm Technology or a related field.
• 2-5 years of IT project management experience with a focus on scope and timeline planning.
• Demonstrated ability to manage medium to large-scale projects and create detailed project management plans.
• Solid IT technical knowledge, including familiarity with servers, switches, and software, and keeping abreast of new IT developments.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines, and adhere to budget constraints.
• Reliable and self-sufficient with minimal supervision required.
• Proven success working with various functional teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent team collaboration and client interaction skills.
• Experience as a systems or network engineer is advantageous.
• G50 clearance is required.

• To lead the Aftersales Service team in achieving the Company’s set goals and ensure that business objectives, KPIs in service delivery, customer service satisfaction, service processes and operating profits are being monitored closely and met accordingly.

• Responsible in achieving monthly budgeted service turnover and operating profit through daily cars intake and operating expenses.

• Ensure that the quality of service and repair work performed daily are closely monitored and to meet the required Principal’s standards.

• Maintain workshop efficiency, productivity and utilization usage for workshop staffs through close monitoring via daily time analysis report.

• Responsible for recruitment and deployment of staff under his charge to ensure that daily operations run optimally.

• Maintain and ensure that the service centre meet the government regulations such as Workplace health and safety of our workshop and frontline employees.

• Ensure Service Centre daily work processes, workshop diagnosis networking, software and equipments are maintained and meet retail standard requirements.

• Determine the degree of efficiency, productivity, utilization rate, service sales turnover, net promoter score (NPS), on a monthly basis by evaluating the time analysis report, management report and VOC report.

• Assess the need to purchase and authorize the ordering of workshop consumable items, tools and equipment.

• Conduct periodical review of the performance of individual staff to ensure that work attitude and performance are in line with the Company’s objectives.

• Propose and take appropriate measures in streamlining work processes and motivate workshop and frontline personnel.

• Maintain and strengthen customer service processes to improve customer satisfaction at all times.

• Develop staff through training, coaching, and mentoring to enhance their performance and build their competencies.

• Conduct weekly and monthly meeting with key personnel to share and feedback from key results for corrective action and continually seek for improvement.

• Build strong rapport with internal and external stakeholders/customers in order to meet the required business objectives and Principal’s targets.

• Build and maintain good relations with National Automobile bodies / authorities and the major competitors for close observation of the service market, its development and trends.

• Develop and promote team spirit within the Aftersales personnel through technical / non-technical training, salary, and condition structure and career system. Ensure all staff has a clear understanding of the company’s direction.

• Setting up and control of proper warranty structures and procedures according to our regulations. Close follow up of cost development in warranty and goodwill. Ensure product campaigns are being implemented and follow through.

Job requirements

• Broad understanding of all aspects of the automotive industry.

• In-depth understanding of all aspects of the Aftersales discipline. Service, Bodyshop, Parts, Pre-delivery, Trade Sales and Customer Service.
